Watching my parents scale their international coach travel business taught me the power of customer-centric communication, strategic thinking, and authenticity—values I now bring to every event I host.

From Strategy to Real-world Impact

My professional path took shape at Deloitte, where I had the opportunity to guide 10+ companies through significant strategic growth initiatives and digital transformations. This role not only sharpened my analytical and problem-solving skills but also taught me the importance of translating complex business strategies into clear, actionable steps that teams can embrace. I learned firsthand the power of aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared vision and experienced how effective communication bridges the gap between high-level strategy and practical execution.

Currently, as Strategy Lead at Novelis Europe, I work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute corporate strategy & sustainability initiatives. This role continually challenges me to think critically about sustainable business practices and how they can realistically be implemented within a corporate environment. It has reinforced my belief in the importance of authenticity and accountability when turning ambitious plans into meaningful outcomes. On stage, I share these real-world insights, aiming to inspire audiences to approach their own challenges with renewed perspective and practical tools.

Passionate About Connection

Being on stage truly energizes me—it’s a space where my enthusiasm, curiosity, and genuine interest in people come together naturally. I love moderating panels, hosting corporate events, and facilitating workshops because each opportunity allows me to create real connections with diverse audiences. My fluency in English and Dutch and experience in multicultural settings enable me to engage authentically, always striving to ensure that people feel valued, heard, and inspired to explore new ways of thinking.

Travel has significantly shaped my worldview, having visited over 40 countries and immersing myself deeply in various cultures, cuisines, and musical traditions. These experiences enrich my communication style, helping me to relate authentically and empathetically with audiences from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, my educational background—dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Education from KU Leuven—equips me to deliver complex ideas clearly, compellingly, and in ways that resonate deeply with listeners.
